RAM SWEEPSTAKES

1. 1. Text Messaging:  Use your SMS-enabled mobile phone to text "RAM" to the short code (48696) during the Ram Sweepstakes Period. Entrants must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to enter by Text Message.  Once you send the text message, you will need to supply your email address in order to receive one (1) entry into the Rodeo Sweepstakes.  All text messaging entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 ET before the end date of each Rodeo Entry Period listed in the Rodeo chart above in order to be eligible for that week's Rodeo drawing. In order to receive one (1) entry into the Ram Sweepstakes you will be sent a confirmation text message with a link to the Online Entry form. Complete the Online Entry Form in order to receive one (1) entry into the Ram Sweepstakes and be eligible for the Ram drawing

Online: Visit www.winandridesweeps.com or go to a kiosk at a participating Event location during the Ram Sweepstakes Period and complete and submit the Official Online Entry Form, in its entirety, including your full name, physical address, city, state, zip, phone, and e-mail address in order to receive one (1) entry.  In order for an online entry to be valid, entrant must have a valid e-mail address and must click the "submit" button. All online entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 pm ET before the end date of each Rodeo Entry Period listed in the Rodeo chart above in order to be eligible for that week's Rodeo drawing and the Ram drawing.

Limit of one (1) entry per person/email/phone number per week for the Rodeo Sweepstakes.  Limit of one (1) entry per person/email/phone number per week for the Six Flags Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per person/email/phone for the Ram Sweepstakes regardless of the method of entry.

Entrants entering this Promotion via text messaging may be charged for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the terms in your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier. Each text message sent to or received by a service subscriber of any participating wireless carrier may incur a standard messaging charge, in accordance with that carrier's Terms and Conditions applicable to such customer's particular rate plan and a premium text messaging charge. You will be charged standard text and data rates for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier. Each wireless carrier's rate plan may vary, and entrant's should contact their wireless carrier for information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Promotion. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charge. Not all wireless carriers participate.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the mobile phone number by the organization that is responsible for assigning the mobile phone number. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Neither Sponsor nor any Promotion Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

Neither Sponsor nor any Promotion Entity is responsible for any online entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different wireless devices, identities, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.

DRAWING/ODDS:

RODEO: Each Rodeo Entry Period during the Rodeo Sweepstakes, independent judges will select one (1) potential prize winner, in a random drawing, from among all eligible entries received for that Entry Period. Each Entry Period will run from 12:00:01 am ET to 11:59:59 pm ET (the "Entry Period"), according to the dates listed in the Rodeo Chart above in the "How To Enter" Section for the Rodeo and Ram Sweepstakes, and all entries must be submitted during this time in order to be included for that Entry Period drawing. All non-winning eligible entries from the previous Rodeo drawing will NOT carry over to subsequent drawings. Judges decisions are final. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each Rodeo Entry Period.

SIX FLAGS: Each Six Flags Entry Period during the Six Flags Sweepstakes, independent judges will select one (1) potential prize winner, in a random drawing, from among all eligible entries received for that Entry Period. Each Entry Period will run from 12:00:01 am ET to 11:59:59 pm ET (the "Entry Period"), according to the dates listed in the Six Flags Chart above in the "How To Enter" Section for the Six Flags Sweepstakes, and all entries must be submitted during this time in order to be included for that Entry Period drawing. All non-winning eligible entries from the previous Six Flags drawing will NOT carry over to subsequent drawings. Judges decisions are final. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each Six Flags Entry Period.

RAM: On or about January 7, 2010, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of The National Sweepstakes Co., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these official rules, and are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning the Ram Sweepstakes depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the Promotion.

PRIZES:

RODEO SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: One (1) Rodeo First Prize of a Dodge Rodeo Belt Buckle will be award per Rodeo Entry Period. A total of fifteen (15) Dodge Rodeo Belt Buckle's will be awarded for the Rodeo Sweepstakes. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Rodeo First Prize is $175.00. Total ARV of the Rodeo Sweepstakes Prizes is $2,625.

SIX FLAGS SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: One (1) Six Flags First Prize of a Six Flag's Season Pass will be award per Six Flags Entry Period. A total of nine (9) Six Flag's Season Passes will be awarded for the Six Flags Sweepstakes. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Six Flags First Prize is $79.99. Total ARV of the Six Flags Sweepstakes Prizes is $719.91.

RAM SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad SLT 4x2 having a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of $32,160 will be awarded. Vehicle color, options and accessories to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Vehicle awarded may differ from vehicle shown in Sweepstakes promotional materials. Model may vary. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, title, registration, licensee fees, as well as any and all other costs/expenses associated with registering, using, and claiming the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner must be available to accept delivery of the Grand Prize at a local Chrysler Dealership of Sponsors choice within thirty (30) days of delivery notification and provide a US driver's license and proof of existing car insurance upon receipt of vehicle. Any difference between the stated MSRP and the actual value of the Grand Prize as of the date of receipt will not be awarded.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes to be awarded for the Promotion is $35,504.91.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The value of the prize is taxable as income to the prize winner. In addition, prize winner is solely responsible, at his/her own cost, for all matters relating to the Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes as related to the acceptance and use of the Prize. No transfer or substitution of Prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Potential prize winners consent to use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, and voice in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a Release as a condition of winning a prize).

Limit of one prize per household for the Six Flags and Rodeo Sweepstakes.Those entrants winning in the Six Flags and Rodeo Sweepstakes are eligible to win the Ram Sweepstakes.

Sponsor and Promotion Entities make no representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, regarding the prize including but not limited to its quality, merchantability or fitness for the intended purpose; the only representation/warranty/guarantee that may be provided relative to the prize, if any, are those of the manufacturer.

PRIZE CLAIM: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email, mail or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return, within ten (10) days of receipt, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release (the "Release") and an IRS W-9 Form in order to claim prize. If potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days from the date of the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the Paperwork within ten (10) days of the date notified, potential Grand Prize winner forfeits their right to the Grand Prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Ram Sweepstakes Prize winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the actual value of the Prize for the year in which actual prize value was received.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify permanently from this Promotion any entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules. By participating in this Promotion, entrants, and winners release the Sponsor and each and all of the Promotion Entities, from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Promotion, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of the prizes awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Promotion. All Promotional materials are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (c) are obtained where prohibited, or (d) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Promotional materials submitted to Sponsor. In the event any portion of this Promotion is compromised by activities beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion or this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion and conduct a drawing from those eligible entries received. No purchase necessary to enter to win. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' names, addresses (city & state), voices and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for this promotion only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, Sponsor, or Promotion Entities. If for any reason this Promotion is not able to be conducted as planned by causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTIONS MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

NO LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and each and all of the Promotion Entities from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in this Promotion.
